We called in 5 window companies to give us an estimate for installation of our entire house with windows, 19 in all and a patio door. Universal Windows Direct’s owner, Doug spoke to us and shared why his windows were the best match for our needs. What impressed us was he’s not a fast, smooth talking salesman. He’s a proud owner who knows his product. Also, he had some questions about our installation needs/wants and held off giving us a price until he spoke with his expert installer, Eric. We felt his price was the most honest since he knew exactly what was going to be done and not a salesman figuring in all possibilities and we having to pay for what may never have been done. Best Prices Available
Everything went well during the installation process. They arrived at the appointed time. The installers were courteous, hard working and detail oriented. They will replace, free of charge, a section of one window that had a small dent that I didn't even notice. It was honest of them to bring this to my attention. Kudos to the on-site supervisor for this! They kept the work areas tidy and cleaned up well after the job. My wife loves the new look of our living , dining and family rooms. I will definitely recommend Universal Windows to friends and relatives!

Amazing Overall Experience
I had them replace my patio door and I had a great experience from start to finish. Mindy was always on top of things when scheduling initial estimate and installation appointments. She kept me in the loop while I was waiting for the patio door to come in from the manufacturer. Doug arrived as scheduled for my estimate, as did the installers once the door came in. Everyone I interacted with from this company was friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. I shopped around a bit so I knew a ballpark figure of what I would be paying. Patio door looks great and works like a charm. Call them!

Very Professional and Timely
From my first call to request a quote you can tell how professional this company is. I did not receive an answering machine, but a real person that was very professional. Told her that I was interested in receiving a quote to replace 7 windows. She scheduled Doug to come out in a few days. When Doug arrived, I showed him the windows I wanted replaced, he provided me a few options as well as cost. I liked the window he recommended and place the order. From there the ladies in the office took over, keeping me up to date. I was told at the start that the windows will be in the last week of Dec, first week in Jan. In the middle of Dec I received a call that they will be in the first week of Jan and the install was scheduled. The day of the install a team of 3 professional men arrived. The first thing they did was protect my property, then install the windows as well as did a great job at cleaning up. The best part was the next day I received a call from Mindy (one of the ladies in the office) to find out how everything when and was I happy with the work and windows. It is nice that a company cares, not just take your money. I want to thank everyone at Universal Windows.

I had an excellent experience having the team at Universal Windows Direct replace 17 double-hung windows in my house. Sales was informative and patient during the quote visit. Scheduling the measurement visit and install were easy. A four member installation team was courteous, efficient, and did a high quality job from start to finish in 6 1/2 hours. Extremely Competent and Professional Window Installers
Our experience with Universal Windows was great! My father had all of their windows replaced over a year ago and recommended Universal to my boyfriend and I. We Keep Coming Back
This was the second time we used Universal. This time replacing 25 windows at a two family home in Linden NJ. Again, working with Doug the owner and Rob the installation manager, a job finished in one day with a full crew and no issues. I have found the quality of the Universal Unishield Plus an excellent choice, as we used in a previous job done a few years back. Doug provides a very competitive price and we have researched this market in the past. Our neighbor also used Universal at their shore house in Barnegat Light, LBI a few years back as well.
